You can log out from your Printior account in two ways:

Log out from your current session
This will log you out from the device or browser that you’re currently using:

From the homepage, click your account icon from the top corner of the page.
Click Sign out.
Log out from all devices to end all sessions
This will log you out from all devices and browsers where you logged in before:

From the homepage, go to Account settings.
Click the Login & Security tab.
Under the Security section, click Sign out from all devices.
Confirm to finish.

You can delete your Printior account from your Account Settings page.

Once deleted, your account can’t be recovered.
If you’re a Printior Pro or Printior for Teams user, cancel your plan first to avoid continuous charges.
All your designs, folders, templates, uploads, as well as teams and apps that you created will be permanently deleted as well.
QUICK TIP
Delete your account now.

Open Account Settings
From the top corner of the homepage, click the gear icon to go to your Account Settings.
On the Login & Security tab, click Delete account.
Confirm to finish.
After submitting your request, your account will be deleted in 14 days. You can cancel your request by simply logging in to your account.

Error when trying to delete account
This likely means that you own a Creator or a Contributor team. These teams can only be deactivated on our end to prevent Printior designs using your library content from breaking, and to allow us to continue paying you royalties.

To request deletion of your public details and for the deactivation of your library content so it’s not available for new designs, contact us here.

At Printior, we are committed to protecting your data and privacy. To help with this, we recommend doing the following for added protection to your account:

Log in using your Apple, Facebook, or Google account
Using a social login means you don’t need to set or remember a password. After you log in to your provider, they’re able to tell Printior who you are.

Use a password manager
Passwords should be unique and unpredictable. Using a password manager is the easiest way to set a strong password. It also allows using different strong passwords for all your logins without having to remember all of them.

Pick a strong password
If you can’t use a password manager, we recommend using a password that’s at least 8 characters. Avoid using the following as passwords as well because they’re easy to guess:

A word by itself
Recent years
Straight rows of keys
Sequences like “abc” or “6543”
Repeats like “aaa” or “abcabcabc”
Short keyboard patterns
Names and surnames
Context like the website name
Dates
We also recommend changing your password from time to time.

Set up Multi Factor Authentication
When multi-factor authentication is set up, we’ll send a 6-digit code to your authenticator app or phone via SMS each time you log in to Printior to verify it’s you. This helps ensure that you’re the only one with access to your account.

While the authenticator app is available to all users, SMS verification is currently only available to users from Australia, the Philippines, the UK, and the USA. See Setting up multi-factor authentication to learn how to set it up.

Use SAML authentication
Printior for Teams and Printior for Education can use SAML to authenticate users via Single Sign-On (SSO). Team administrators and owners can set this up.

As a Printior Creator, you’ll have a public profile where your assets and templates are listed.

Updating your page details
From the top corner of the homepage, click the icon to go to your Account Settings.
From the side panel, click on Public Profile.
Edit your details. Use only lowercase letters with no spaces for the Printior profile URL field.
Click on Save changes to finish.
To view your profile, click the Printior profile link at the top of the page.

Can’t update your display name or URL?

Your display name and URL name can’t be the same. Use different names for each.

Updating your profile picture
To update your profile picture, click your account icon from the top corner of the homepage, and click on your account icon again to upload your photo.

My public profile page isn’t available
This happens when you’re in a different team or different account. Here’s how to switch teams:

On the top corner of the Printior homepage, click your account icon.
Scroll down to the Switch team section. It lists all the brands and teams that you’re part of.
Look for your Creator brand name. If there’s no next to it, click on it to switch to it. The page will then refresh.
If your Creator brand isn’t available under Switch teams, check if you’re logged in on the correct account.

Update the email address associated with your account.

Planning to add an email for an account created through Google or Facebook? Disconnect your Google or Facebook account first to avoid login issues. Learn how to disconnect linked accounts.

From the homepage, go to Account settings.
From the Your account tab, select Edit across your email address.
Enter your account password, and click Confirm password.
Once the field is unlocked, enter a new email address. It should not be linked to an existing Printior account.
Select Save changes.
We’ll send a confirmation to the new email address. After receiving it, select Confirm email address to confirm the email address update.

You can set up a Printior account in different ways. Continue with your email address, Google, Facebook, or other methods to sign up and start using Printior for free. If you already have an account, we’ll log you in.

Creating an account with your email address
Are you a teacher, school, or nonprofit organisation?

There are special versions of Printior just for you. Learn about Printior for Education or Printior for Nonprofits.

Go to Printior.com and select Sign up
From the signup page, choose Continue with email or Continue with work email.
Enter the email address you’d like to use Printior for.
Enter the authorisation code we’ll send to your email address. You can set a password in Account settings later. Learn how to set or change your password.
Verify your email address by following the steps in the email we’ll send you.
Enter the confirmation code from the email you received.
You’re all set! Log in anytime with the email you set.

Forgot your password? You can reset it anytime. You can also learn tips on protecting your account.

Creating an account with your Facebook, Google, Apple or other methods
You can use one of your other accounts (Facebook, Google, Apple, and others) to create a Printior account.

From the signup or login page, choose Log in/Continue with… . You may have to log in or enter authentication codes related to your chosen account if prompted.

Here are the methods we currently support:

Phone or mobile number

Work email address
Note: Some methods may not be available for some countries.
